Scarlett Fleshner
Business Manager

Scarlett joined our team as Business Manager in 2017. She graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Child, Adult, and Family Services in 2011. For Scarlett, the most rewarding part of the job is completing tasks she knows will make someone else’s day just a little bit easier. She enjoys being someone who is willing to help whether your request falls under her job description or not.

Scarlett likes getting to meet all kinds of different people, and it feels good knowing she has a chance to help them. She always looks forward to helping people and, regardless of the role, she believes working in healthcare allows one to nurture their desire to help others.

When not in the office, Scarlett enjoys any and everything involving her four kids, whether it’s their daily

activities or helping them with their extracurricular endeavors. She also likes cooking, baking,

gardening, and exercising.

Carolyn Boehm
Office Coordinator

Carolyn joined our team as a receptionist in 2014, and is a graduate of Audubon High School. She is a member of SPCW and loves working with our amazing staff! Her patients always make the job a pleasure, she loves knowing who she is helping, and seeing their smiles improve.

When not in the office, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.

Kathleen Parris
Office Coordinator

Katheen joined our team as the Office Coordinator in 2017, and had over 22 years in the healthcare field before that. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. She has also obtained her Private Pilot Certification, following in the footsteps of her grandfather. Kathleen is a member of the Lions Club, PEO Sisterhood, Hunter Education, and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. She also works with the AOPA and EAA.

Kathleen looks forward to coming to work every day and helping her patients in their small community with their dental needs. She loves the chance to work with a talented and caring group of professionals. She also enjoys talking to her patients about their families and activities, and watching their own kids grow up! When not in the office, Kathleen likes spending time with her family, traveling to the Rockies, bowhunting, photography, fishing, hiking, aviation, and watching Husker Sports.

Emily Drees
Registered Dental Hygienist

Emily joined our team as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2017 and has also worked in private practice, with iSmile and sealant programs. She graduated from Des Moines Area Community College in 2009 with an Associate of Applied Science, and from Iowa Central Community College in 2012 with a degree as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She enjoys learning about the connection between oral and overall health. She won an award for a Public Health project called “The Mouth Body Connection.”

Emily has acted as the Secretary for the Templeton Community Betterment Association and served on the Park Board for the City of Templeton. She has also participated in iMOM and is a part of SADHA. Emily loves taking part in comprehensive treatment planning, performing care, and seeing improvement in the overall health of her patients. She loves the small town and homey-feel of her patients, they always make her laugh and enjoy each day at the office.

When not in the office, Emily enjoys staying active, going to concerts, visiting family and friends, and spending time with her husband and sons.

Morgan Jones
Registered Dental Hygienist

Morgan joined our team as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2019, and obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion in 2012. She loves her job and looks forward to helping patients understand why their oral health is important. She enjoys getting to know her patients over time. Outside of the office, Morgan likes caring for houseplants and hanging out with her husband and two girls.

Kaele Lange
Registered Dental Assistant

Kaele joined our team as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2017 and graduated from the Iowa Western Community College in Council Bluffs in 2016. She has also worked in the orthodontic and public health fields too. She completed her training in Expanded Functions in 2018. Kaele loves making patients feel comfortable, and the fact that no day is exactly the same. She looks forward to building relationships to know more about her patients. Being in a small community makes her feel more connected to them inside and outside the office.

When not in the office, Kaele enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Brock, and their dog, Remi. She likes walking, health and wellness, concerts, and vacations.

Lindsay Pellett
Registered Dental Assistant

Lindsay joined our team as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2017, and graduated at the top of her class at Iowa Western Community College. She has completed her training in level one Expanded Functions. Lindsay loves helping people improve their smiles, and working with her team. They make work fun to come to! Lindsay always looks forward to interacting with her patients and learning about their lives. When not at work, Linday enjoys watching Iowa Women’s Basketball, reading, boating, and fishing.
